HighAlert ! Laptop WiFi may damage sperms

Those of you who are going to get married or have been dreaming about having children with your current girlfriend of-course after getting married.

HighAlert !  Laptop WiFi may damage sperms.

Scientist from US and Argentina carried out a research and proved that extended use of a laptop with the internet Wi-Fi on might damage the sperms.

Experiment:
2 separate sperm samples were taken from each donor and there were equally separated into different pots. One of them was placed close to a laptop with the Wi-Fi switched on and left for around 4 hours. The other one was placed in the same environment with the only difference was that Wi-Fi was switched off.

Result:
Scientist diecoverd in the end of the experiment; 25 percent of the sperms which were left with the laptop and Wi-Fi on were dead and also there were significant changes in their genetic code. comparably sperms having no contact with Wi-Fi were dead by only 14 percent.

Though scientists acknowlege that heat can also be on of the reason that can damage sperms, but they believe heat cannot cause such adverse effect. They believe electromagnetic radiations may and might be the main culprit.

President of the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology, Robert Oates, questioned the findings, telling Reuters, “This is not real-life biology, this is a completely artificial setting. It is scientifically interesting, but to me it doesn’t have any human biological relevance.”

To maintain healthy sperm, Oates said “staying lean, eating healthy foods, exercising, not taking drugs and not smoking” are the most important factors.

Clearly, more research needs to be done to establish whether using a laptop on your lap for an extended period of time has any effect on sperm.

TIme and again, we talk about Researchs, without any PROOF that those ever actually happend or not! Please put references, of the study itself, not just the links. Its hard, but to make it more authentic, that is very important.

On the study itself, it is VERY basic and not a huge research anyways. Loads of doubts are there.
Was that because of the WIfi or just because of the environment of the lab itself?
Were the sperms screened for healthiness?
Donors past history?
Lifespan of the sperms of the donors. Was that taken into account!

THis research DOESNOT qualify for authenticity at all. It can easily be regarded as hoax, or a viral video to scare people.

Please read the complete report publish in fertility and sterility journal

http://www.fertstert.org/article/S0015-0282(11)02678-1/abstract

Please note that any information publish here is thoroughly verified and then shared with all. However your questions and suggestions are always welcome.

Its not been cited/referenced in other researches/papers/journals! that's WHAT i meant!

ANyways ita always a great thing, to add REFERENCES in the end. Seeing your Blog basically is dealing with all the copyrighted stuff more or less. It would make it great!
